Mickey R. Banks, 60, of Providence passed away on December 22nd, 2021. Mickey was born in Tuscaloosa County, Alabama on December 30, 1960, to the late David and Betty Lou (Williams) Banks.
In 1968, Mickey moved to Rhode Island. He attended public schools in Providence, Rhode Island. Through out his adult life, Mickey worked multiple skill-labored jobs.
Mickey was a loving Son, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. He enjoyed spending time with his family and those close to him. Mickey also enjoyed a good pick up game of basketball and watching various sports.
Mickey is survived by his stepfather George Gupton, his sister Rose Damingo (Dr.Albert Damingo), his brother Semmie Williams, Jimmie Williams, Johnnie Williams (Cynthia Williams), his twin brother Rickey Banks, his other sisters Marie Banks, and Marladell Lopes. A host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins.
Mickey Preceded in death with his sisters Brenda Banks and Loretta Banks.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Calling hours Wednesday, December 29th from 9am-11am with a service at a 11am in the Keefe Funeral Home, Five Higginson Ave. Lincoln RI. Burial will follow in Oakland Cemetery, Cranston RI.
